Terms
What you get, what you owe, and what is not promised. Short, because the service is small.
What this is
puertafria tells a seller who to call today, keeps the research beside the name, and records what happened after.
It is early software, run by a small operation, and it is offered as it stands. There is no uptime promise. Export your funnel now and then and you always hold your own copy.
Your account
One account, one person, real details. Keep the password to yourself; whatever is done from your account is treated as done by you.
You must be old enough to sign a contract where you live, and the account is for work rather than for private use.
What it costs
The free plan is free, and it is the whole daily loop: the queue, the companies, the history and the CSV import and export.
Premium is announced at 9 € a month or 90 € a year. Nothing is charged today and nothing is locked behind it: the badges say where the line will fall, not where it falls now. Nobody is billed without agreeing to it first, and the price can still change before there is anything to buy.
The list you bring
Load only data you are entitled to hold and to use for this. Business contact data for a business offer is the ordinary case; a list bought from somebody who had no right to sell it is not.
Who may be called, when, and after which refusal is the law where you and they are, and that part is yours. puertafria gives you the tool to honour a refusal, in DO_NOT_CONTACT, and expects you to use it.
What is not allowed
- Loading personal data you have no right to hold.
- Calling somebody who has told you to stop.
- Trying to reach another account, or the data under it.
- Anything that keeps the service from working for everybody else.
Closing an account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time and it goes, with everything under it. Export first if you want to keep it.
An account used against the rules above can be closed, and one that breaks the law is closed at once.
What is not promised
No promise that the service is available, that it is free of faults, or that it makes you sell more. It is provided as it stands.
Nothing here takes away a right you have by law as a consumer, wherever such a right applies.
Changes
These terms change when the service does. The date at the top says when they last did. Carrying on using the service after a change is how a change is accepted; if it does not suit you, ask for the account to be deleted.
